Cultivating Self-Compassion

In the competitive world of business, it’s easy to be hard on ourselves when we fall short of expectations or make mistakes. We may berate ourselves for perceived failures, striving for perfection at the expense of our own well-being. However, as followers of Christ, we are called to extend the same compassion and forgiveness to ourselves that God has shown us. Just as God tenderly forgives and cares for us, we are called to treat ourselves with kindness and compassion.
